Before Winter of 2015, Schlitz Audubon had a typical templated black and white newsletter. It did not tell the story of the amazing natural phenomena that occur on the land, or in southeastern Wisconsin. It was a missed opportunity.
All of this changed when I was given the opportunity to re-brand the organization, including our drab quarterly. Educational articles as well as elevated photography and engaging illustrations became the focus of each edition. I brought this vision to life with a small marketing team of two other colleagues, and we are now in our seventh year of publication.
I touch every piece of the publication, from brainstorming content, editing, occasionally contributing as a writer, as well as the entire creative process for bringing this to life.
Unless noted, photos, design, illustration, and layout are created by me.
